PlayerSpace is for people age 16 or older. By creating or using an account, a user confirms that they meet this minimum age and can agree to applicable terms. Creator Service payments are not currently offered; any future payment functionality requires separate eligibility rules.
Users are responsible for accurate account information, protecting their credentials, and activity performed through their account. Passwords and authentication codes must never be shared with PlayerSpace support.
Users retain their rights in content they submit and must have permission to share it. A limited service license will need legal review so PlayerSpace can host, display, process, and distribute submitted content as directed by the user.
Creator Services currently display creator-provided offerings only. PlayerSpace does not currently provide checkout, payment collection, escrow, order settlement, refunds, or payouts.
Users must follow the Community Guidelines and may not misuse PlayerSpace, evade access controls, compromise accounts, distribute malicious code, violate others’ rights, or use the service for unlawful activity.
PlayerSpace may review reports and restrict, hide, remove, suspend, or terminate content or accounts to enforce policies, protect users, or maintain the service. Appeals may be requested through support; review does not guarantee reinstatement.
Deletion is support-assisted at launch. Requests may be sent to support from the account email. Some authored material may need to be anonymized or detached instead of removed when deletion would damage other users’ conversation or community history.
PlayerSpace uses third-party services and embeds, including Supabase, Cloudflare, Spotify, YouTube, Discord, IGDB, and GIPHY where enabled. Those services may apply their own terms and privacy practices.
Final warranty, liability, statutory-rights, governing-law, dispute, and policy-change language requires the legal operator identity and qualified legal review. No arbitration, waiver, jurisdiction, or liability limitation is asserted by this draft.
