DATA PLAYERSPACE HANDLES
PlayerSpace handles account email and authentication state; profile identity, biography, region, platforms, interests, games, links, appearance, soundtrack settings, and publication state; Discord username and its public-display choice; social connections, blocks, messages, notifications, posts, comments, clips, guestbooks, clubs, game nights, and Party Finder activity; Creator Lab, portfolio, project, and Creator Service data; reports and moderation status; and uploaded profile media.
HOW DATA IS USED
Data is used to authenticate accounts, operate profiles and social features, match Players using stated interests and games, enforce privacy and safety controls, process reports, maintain service security, and diagnose failures. The current product does not include a data-sale or advertising system.
PUBLIC INFORMATION
Published profiles and portfolios, active Creator Services, public posts, clips, selected links, and opted-in Discord usernames may be visible to anyone. Party Finder shares Discord separately only under its participant rules. Draft profiles, draft portfolios, and draft or archived services are not intended for public projection.
PUBLIC MEDIA
Media uploaded for public-facing Player profiles, Creator portfolios, or Creator Services is public-addressable by design. Removing or unpublishing it from a PlayerSpace page does not guarantee that a previously known or cached raw media URL becomes unreachable.
SERVICE PROVIDERS AND EMBEDS
Supabase provides authentication. Cloudflare/Sites, D1, and R2 support hosting, data, and media delivery. Spotify and YouTube embeds may receive request and playback information under their own policies. Discord, IGDB, and GIPHY may process data when their integrations are used.
SECURITY AND LOG DATA
PlayerSpace and its infrastructure providers may process request, device, network, diagnostic, and security information needed to deliver and protect the service. Exact infrastructure log retention and provider settings require operational confirmation before this draft can become final.
RETENTION AND DELETION
Data is retained while needed to operate the account, provide requested features, investigate abuse, preserve community integrity, or meet applicable obligations. Deletion is support-assisted at launch. Some authored conversation or community history may be anonymized or detached rather than erased; owned communities and squads require resolution first; the authentication identity is removed last.
AGE
PlayerSpace is not intended for users under 16. PlayerSpace does not currently collect a date of birth or offer a parental-consent account flow.
REQUESTS AND CONTACT
Contact support for account, deletion, privacy, safety, and report follow-up requests. Users should write from their account email when account verification is needed and must never send passwords or authentication codes.
